About

For those who are unafraid to sweat and have fun, Greg Jarema is the spiritual teacher who will connect you to your inner joy through yoga, dance, and meditation.  As a brand new transplant to Perth from the United States, Greg brings his passion for connection, humor, storytelling, music, spirituality, and community into all of his classes.   His students have come from all corners of the world including Thailand, India, Hungary, South Africa, Indonesia, the United States, Russia, Australia and more.

A Yoga Alliance certified RYT-200, Greg teaches classes in the Vinyasa, Hatha, and Yin traditions.  Classes are accompanied by strong physical adjustments, dance-inspired movements, a killer soundtrack.

Greg is also an instructor of Kundalini Yoga as Taught by Yogi Bhajan.  This ancient technology incorporates movement, breath work, and mantras to elevate your life and experience total bliss.  He studied with world-renowned trainers Deva Kaur Khalsa and Kirn Kaur Khalsa at the Kundalini Yoga Center in Orlando, FL .

Greg is also a certified Group Fitness Instructor with the American Council on Exercise. His specialty is BollyX, a Bollywood-inspired dance-fitness program that combines dynamic choreography with the hottest music from around the world. It is a high-intensity interval training program (HIIT) guaranteed to make you sweat and feel like a rock-star!

With a career background in theater and dance, you can tell in a second that Greg knows how to engage a crowd and lead them through an experience. He earned his BFA in Drama from New York University's Tisch School of the Arts, is a proud member of the Actor’s Equity Association, and has spent the past four years as a performer and leader with the Walt Disney Company and Universal Studios Orlando.

One-on-One Yoga

Private yoga instruction is the perfect supplement to a class-based practice.  You may be a beginner who feels intimated by the fast-pace of a yoga class and wants to work on foundations and flexibility, or you are an advanced student who wishes to work deeper on specific balance postures, alignment, breathing techniques, and meditations.  Greg can develop a personalized plan around your schedule to achieve your goals.

Semi-Private Yoga class

A small, semi-private class offers you Greg's close, personalized attention during your practice.  With fewer students than a studio class, Greg can focus on your alignment, give more physical adjustments, and provide plenty of feedback.  All you have to do is grab a few friends and get your flow on!

BollyX Class for your group

BollyX is a Bollywood-inspired dance-fitness program that combines dynamic choreography with the hottest music from around the world. Its 50-minute cardio workout cycles between higher and lower-intensity dance sequences to get you moving, sweating, and motivated all at the same time.  BollyX utilizes interval training techniques; the unique workout not only tones your entire body but also burns serious calories – participants have recorded a calorie burn of 500-800 calories per session. No prior dance experience is required – just a positive attitude and the desire to unleash your inner swagger!  Perfect for corporate functions, public park festivals, parties, and more!
